LDRP Float Pool Registered Nurse – Nights

Contract | Nights | Onsite | Float Pool (multi-facility)

Key Responsibilities

• Float between multiple hospital facilities to support staffing needs across the region, with a primary site prioritized for most of the contract
• Provide labor management and delivery care, including fetal monitoring throughout the labor process
• Deliver postpartum care for both mother and newborn
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and patient management
• Travel to multiple points of care using a personal vehicle as required by assignment
• Adapt to varying schedules, which may include primarily weekend shifts or minimal weekend requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of submission
• Healthcare Provider BLS (AHA) required
• AHA ACLS required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care
• Epic proficiency required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required (per CAP requirements for moderate complexity testing)
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to travel to multiple care sites

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
• STABLE Program certification preferred
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-facility environment
