Contract | Night Shifts | 36–48 hours per week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, and Postpartum units during night shift hours
• Participate in on-call coverage, with 6–8 call shifts per 6-week schedule
• Collaborate with the OB team to deliver safe, high-quality maternal and newborn care
• Adhere to unit protocols and scheduling expectations, with shifts not to exceed 4 per week unless mutually agreed upon with the OB Manager

Required Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or a qualifying compact state license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Obstetrics, and Postpartum nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Intermediate AWHONN certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a community or critical access hospital setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage a flexible schedule including call shifts and variable weekends
