Contract | Night Shift | 4x12 Hours (19:00–07:00) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients on a 15-bed Labor and Delivery unit following inpatient rooming-in practices, with all infants roomed with mothers
• Monitor and care for patient age groups including neonates and adults
• Utilize the Omnicell medication system for safe medication administration
• Communicate effectively using SBAR communication standards
• Support newborn nursery care when infants require additional monitoring or intervention

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• AWHONN Beginner certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• AWHONN Advanced or Intermediate certification preferred
• Experience with Cerner electronic health records preferred
