Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery in Auburn, WA

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (12-Hour Nights)

Contract | Full-Time | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Onsite | No Call Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Labor and Delivery care including cervical exams, antepartum monitoring, amnio infusions, epidural assistance, IV placement, and Pitocin administration
• Perform continuous fetal monitoring and respond appropriately to findings
• Circulate C-sections and participate in baby catching/receiving and APGAR scoring
• Support breastfeeding initiation and provide patient education
• Manage post-partum care from transition through discharge for both mother and baby
• Occasionally assist with scrub duties during sick call coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal monitoring certification required
• Demonstrated ability to perform baby catching/receiving

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Proficiency with Epic EMR strongly preferred
• Comfort with all aspects of post-partum care strongly preferred
• Scrub experience is a plus
• Multilingual candidates (Russian and/or Spanish) are encouraged to apply
