Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit throughout the duration of a 13-week travel assignment
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Assist with antepartum and postpartum patient care as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for the state of Arkansas
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
- Experience in postpartum and antepartum care
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Fetal Monitoring certification required
- Permanent address must be located more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
- Familiarity with high-volume or acute care Labor & Delivery environments
