Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit on night shifts
• Monitor and assess fetal status using continuous fetal monitoring throughout labor
• Support patients through antepartum and postpartum care as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and apply ACLS and NRP protocols as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience
• Postpartum and antepartum experience required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume Labor & Delivery setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in acute care environments
• Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills in obstetric situations
