Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Rotating Day/Night Shifts | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend and Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit on a rotating day and night schedule
• Monitor and assess laboring patients, documenting progress and communicating changes to the care team
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, supporting physicians and midwives throughout the process
• Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and unit protocols
• Rotate coverage for every other weekend and every other holiday as required by unit staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Massachusetts or compact state eligibility
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Prior experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Experience in a high-volume or academic medical environment
