Travel Nurse RN - Labor & Delivery in Bozeman, MT

Key Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive patient data, analyze assessment findings, and develop individualized plans of care including expected outcomes and intervention strategies
• Implement and evaluate patient-centered plans of care, promoting health, safety, and quality nursing practice
• Serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed and provide coverage as a safety companion in other departments when required
• Perform catch and transition nursing duties within the Mother Baby unit
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support holistic care and professional nursing practice
• Maintain compliance with all required education, certifications, and regulatory standards on an ongoing basis

Required Qualifications

• Current Montana Registered Nurse licensure
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• STABLE certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (recertification required every 2 years)
• Demonstrated competence in and willingness to practice modified primary nursing
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Labor and Delivery experience including antepartum, intrapartum, preoperative, circulating, and PACU roles
• Strong emotional intelligence with demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced clinical environments
• Experience in a charge nurse or leadership capacity within a maternal or women's health setting
