Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a Labor and Delivery unit consisting of 3 Labor Suites and 7 Mother/Baby rooms
• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 14 RNs, 3 LPNs, and 2 Nurse Techs
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe patient care in alignment with clinical standards and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and evaluate unit performance, staffing levels, and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support maternal and neonatal care initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a staff RN in Labor and Delivery
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Director-level role
• Current Fetal Heart Monitoring certification (STABLE)
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience managing mixed clinical teams including RNs, LPNs, and support staff
• Strong background in maternal-newborn nursing with demonstrated leadership capabilities
