Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required | Call shifts expected 2x per scheduled period | 48-hour/week scheduling may be available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess laboring patients, fetal status, and maternal well-being throughout the continuum of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support safe delivery outcomes
• Participate in on-call shifts as scheduled (expected 2x per scheduling period)
• Rotate to weekend shifts on an every-other-weekend basis

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience
• Familiarity with high-volume or acute care Labor & Delivery environments
