Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery, Nights

Location

Johnson, Arkansas

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required | On-call shifts 2x per scheduled period

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess laboring patients, fetal status, and maternal well-being throughout the continuum of care
• Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, supporting physicians and the clinical team as needed
• Respond to obstetric emergencies and initiate appropriate interventions in a timely manner
• Fulfill on-call shift obligations as scheduled (2x per scheduling period)
• Adhere to unit protocols, documentation standards, and facility policies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
• Active Arkansas RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Postpartum nursing experience
• Experience floating to related mother/baby or women's health units
