Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every other weekend required | Call shifts expected 2x per scheduled period | 48-hour/week scheduling may be available
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery unit during night shift hours
Monitor and assess laboring patients, fetal status, and maternal well-being throughout the continuum of care
Participate in on-call shifts as scheduled (expected 2x per scheduling period)
Rotate every other weekend as required by unit scheduling
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility protocols, documentation standards, and applicable clinical guidelines
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience
Active Arkansas RN license or multistate (Compact) RN license
Familiarity with high-volume or acute care Labor & Delivery environments
