    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

    Location

    Fort Morgan, CO

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in an LDRP setting, including labor support, delivery, and postpartum care for pregnant women and newborns
    • Perform triage assessments and function as the primary delivery and newborn transition nurse
    • Titrate drips including Pitocin in accordance with unit protocols and AWHONN guidelines
    • Monitor and interpret electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) using the OBIX system
    • Serve as charge nurse when assigned, functioning as one of two nurses on shift and carrying a patient assignment
    • Assist with occasional float support to med-surg as needed
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
    • Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience with LDRP training
    • Current ALS (ACLS) certification
    • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
    • Current AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification
    • Ability to triage patients and function as the baby catcher and newborn transition nurse
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working in a rural or critical access hospital setting
    • Familiarity with the OBIX electronic fetal monitoring system
    • Comfort working in a low-volume, high-acuity environment with limited on-site support staff
