Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Labor and Delivery unit managing approximately 175 cases per month
• Circulate C-Sections as required
• Care for patients across labor, antepartum, and recovery couplet settings at a 1:2 patient ratio
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotation
• Float to Mother/Baby or serve as a sitter task RN to other units as needed
• Participate in voluntary on-call availability

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of current Labor and Delivery experience
• Ability to circulate C-Sections
• Advanced NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a Level III Trauma facility
• Comfort with floating to Mother/Baby or other units as a sitter task RN
