Contract | Night Shift | Expected 36–48 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff within the Labor and Delivery department
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
• Apply specialized L&D clinical skills to support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
