Reporting and accountable to the Nurse Manager/Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process in a hospital setting. Identify and meet personal learning needs and attend relevant education programs. Use patient education materials and assess readiness to learn. Identify patient outcomes and revise care plans as needed. Collaborate with the team to evaluate care and ensure continuity. Provide safe, competent care for patients with complex needs.
