Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery (L&D)

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor & Delivery setting, supporting patients through the full birthing process including vaginal and Cesarean deliveries
• Collaborate closely with obstetricians and midwives to accommodate individual patient birthing preferences and clinical needs
• Deliver individualized postpartum and mother-baby care, including lactation support and newborn assessment
• Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and other bedside equipment throughout labor and delivery
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed in accordance with NRP and STABLE protocols

• Minimum 2 years of current Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required
• Postpartum (PP) and Mother-Baby (MB) experience required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Active STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, and Emotional Support) certification required

• Experience working in a critical access or community hospital environment
• Familiarity with high-acuity obstetric cases and around-the-clock anesthesia-supported delivery services

• Work within a nationally recognized, Joint Commission accredited facility known for high patient satisfaction and patient safety excellence
