Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a supportive hospital team in Great Bend, Kansas. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout the birthing process
- Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed
- Assist with procedures, including cesarean sections
- Educate and support patients and families before, during, and after delivery
- Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary staff
Requirements
- Active Kansas RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent L&D experience preferred
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
