    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

    Location

    Issaquah, WA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct nursing care to labor, preterm labor, and low-risk antepartum patients across labor rooms and triage rooms
    • Circulate and scrub for OB-GYN surgeries; support Pre-Op and Post-Op care
    • Administer blood and blood products, and manage specialized infusions including Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate
    • Operate and monitor specialized equipment including epidural pumps, PCA pumps, syringe pumps, and wound vac systems
    • Attend all deliveries, including high-risk deliveries, and provide couplet care and transition nursery support
    • Float to Post-Partum or NICU as needed based on skill set and unit census
    Required Qualifications
    • Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
    • Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required
    • Epic EMR experience required
    • Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
    • First-time travelers will not be considered
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • ACLS certification preferred
    • Experience with GYN surgeries, couplet care, and transition nursery settings
    • Familiarity with cardioversion/defibrillation and cooling/warming blanket protocols
