TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Issaquah, Washington, 98029!

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care in labor, preterm labor, triage, pre-op, post-op, and low-risk antepartum settings across 8 labor rooms and 4 triage rooms
- Attend all deliveries, including high-risk deliveries, and support GYN surgeries and couplet care
- Administer blood and blood products, and manage specialized equipment including epidural pumps, PCA pumps, syringe pumps, and wound vac systems
- Administer high-alert medications including Heparin, Insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate
- Perform or assist with cardioversion/defibrillation, cooling/warming blanket application, and drain management
- Float to Post-Partum and NICU units based on skill set as needed
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid Registered Nurse license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
- Required certifications: BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Must be willing to commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront at time of submittal
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification preferred
- Experience with transition nursery and high-risk obstetric patient populations
