Provide direct patient care in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) Birthing Center setting
Monitor and support patients through labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery with a 1:5 patient ratio
Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Adhere to weekend and on-call requirements as directed by the facility
Float to other units as needed — float requirement is non-negotiable
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid for the state of Missouri (or compact eligibility)
Minimum 1–2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required; hands-on Labor and Birth experience is mandatory
Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP
Flu vaccination or a client-approved exemption is required for all travelers from November 1 through April 1
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in an LDRP care model
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
Patient-focused team player with a flexible, positive attitude
