Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Labor and Delivery to provide leadership and oversight of clinical and administrative operations within the department. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team management while supporting a patient-centered care environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight of Labor and Delivery nursing operations
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Delegate responsibilities effectively and drive team performance
Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership teams
Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards
Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Minimum 5 years of experience as an RN
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a hospital setting
Current CPR certification
Bachelor s degree required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance
Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred
