Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Guaranteed per Week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit throughout a 13-week travel assignment
- Work night shift 12-hour schedules with 6 shifts required per 6-week scheduling period on weekends
- Float within the Women's service line as required; optional float to the broader facility as a sitter or resource nurse
- Successfully complete and pass an Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) course proctored by the unit prior to starting
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with unit protocols and standards
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Must pass the unit-proctored EFM course prior to start date (failure to pass disqualifies candidate from starting; retesting not permitted for 6 months)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume Labor and Delivery setting
- Familiarity with Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) practices and interpretation
