Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit throughout a 13-week travel assignment
• Work night shift 12-hour shifts with 6 shifts required per 6-week schedule on weekends
• Float mandatorily within the Women's service line; optional float to the house as a sitter or resource nurse
• Complete and pass a proctored Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) course prior to beginning assignment
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with unit protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Must successfully pass the proctored EFM course prior to start date (failure to pass disqualifies candidate from starting and from retesting for 6 months)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) in a clinical setting
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
