Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit throughout a 13-week travel assignment
Work night shift 12-hour shifts with 6 shifts required per 6-week schedule on weekends
Float mandatorily within the Women's service line; optional float to the house as a sitter or resource nurse
Complete and pass a proctored Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) course prior to beginning assignment
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with unit protocols and standards
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Florida (or compact license eligibility)
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Must successfully pass the proctored EFM course prior to start date (failure to pass disqualifies candidate from starting and from retesting for 6 months)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) in a clinical setting
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
