Provide full-spectrum maternal care within a Labor & Delivery unit on a 17-bed Women's Services floor
Circulate and recover patients undergoing Cesarean Sections
Monitor and interpret electronic fetal monitoring in accordance with clinical standards
Deliver care in alignment with AWHONN patient ratio standards
Float to the NICU as required by unit staffing needs
Participate in rotating weekend shifts as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Current BLS certification
Current ACLS certification
Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification
Must meet New Mexico state fingerprinting requirement prior to or at start of assignment (candidates may begin on a 14-day waiver with supervision while results are pending)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience circulating and recovering Cesarean Section patients
Familiarity with NICU patient population and float capability
Experience working in a Joint Commission Accredited facility
