Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery
Location

Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Night Shift | 4x12 Hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend | No On-Call Required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit during night shift hours
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status using EPIC electronic health records
- Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in accordance with unit protocols and clinical guidelines
- Participate in holiday coverage and float to other units as needed
- Adhere to facility policies including tobacco-free and fragrance-free environment standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license violations accepted
- Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Strong proficiency with EPIC charting in a Labor and Delivery setting
- Experience caring for patients in a high-acuity or complex obstetric environment
