Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor
EPIC electronic health record experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
Prior acute care facility experience
