Schedule / Job TypeContract | 36 hours per week | Rotating Shifts
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum stages
- Monitor and assess maternal and neonatal status during all phases of care
- Document patient information and care activities accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Proficiency with Epic EMR
- Postpartum nursing experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a combined LDRP setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in maternal-newborn care
