Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity, diverse Labor and Delivery unit with patient ratios of 1:1–2
• Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring and other clinical tools
• Float to MotherBaby and Antepartum units as needed, which share a floor with Labor and Delivery
• Document all patient care accurately and in a timely manner using the EPIC charting system
• Work every other weekend and holidays as required and as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Regional Perinatal Center experience in Labor and Delivery
• Active New Jersey RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
• ACLS, BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate certifications must be on hand at time of submission
• Strong clinical background in high-acuity Labor and Delivery settings
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume or high-acuity perinatal environment
• Familiarity with floating across MotherBaby and Antepartum units
• Experience working within a large health system environment
