Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit during night shift hours
Monitor and assess maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Float to other units or facilities as operationally needed, within designated parameters
Complete required orientation modules, both clinical and non-clinical, as assigned
Required Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license violations or hits
Minimum of 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience
Current and valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or state-issued ID)
Proof of residence greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility (utility bill, mortgage statement, lease agreement, or cell phone bill in traveler's name, dated within the last three months)
Willingness to float to other units or facilities as required
Ability to provide two supervisory references
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery setting
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to varying clinical environments and patient populations
