Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (7P–7A)

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 hours per week | 8-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to laboring and postpartum patients throughout the labor and delivery process
- Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, identifying and responding to changes in condition
- Assist with vaginal and cesarean deliveries in collaboration with the clinical care team
- Administer medications and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Prior experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with high-risk labor and delivery patients
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
- Ability to begin assignment immediately upon credentialing clearance
