Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (0700–1930) | 3×12-hour shifts | 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned Labor & Delivery patients under the direction of a licensed physician
• Apply the nursing process to individualize patient care in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary health care team
• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with standards of nursing practice and departmental policies
• Maintain current knowledge of principles, theories, and techniques relevant to Labor & Delivery nursing practice
• Adhere to all administrative and departmental policies, procedures, and specialty-specific requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) License or Multi-State Compact RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery or related clinical specialty
