Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Labor & Delivery unit throughout the night shift
- Monitor maternal and fetal status during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
- Support and educate breastfeeding mothers in alignment with evidence-based infant feeding standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and care plans accurately within the electronic health record system
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license – must be current and in hand at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of current Labor & Delivery experience
- Active BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) – must be in hand at time of submission
- Active ACLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) – must be in hand at time of submission
- Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification – must be in hand at time of submission
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic health record system
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Labor & Delivery setting
