Travel Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (Nights)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Labor & Delivery unit within a Level 3 OB facility
- Float to Nursery and Post-Partum units as needed based on census
- Monitor fetal status and support OB deliveries in a low-volume unit environment
- Deliver care to Nursery patients, including intermediate nursery level patients
- Utilize Meditech EHR system for accurate and timely documentation
- Adhere to patient ratios and unit protocols in accordance with established guidelines
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
- Intermediate fetal monitoring certification or above; STABLE certification required for Nursery assignments
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in both Labor & Delivery and Nursery care settings
- Familiarity with Meditech electronic health record system
- Comfort working in a low-volume OB unit with fewer than 15 deliveries per month
