Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
• Support evaluation of clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong understanding of patient safety standards and nursing best practices

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity within Labor and Delivery
• Familiarity with clinical resource management and staffing coordination
