Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
- Ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered consistently
- Support evaluation of clinical staff competency and appropriate resource management related to patient care
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
- Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong understanding of patient safety standards and nursing best practices
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity within Labor and Delivery
- Familiarity with clinical resource management and staffing coordination
