Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Expected 36–48 Hours/Week | Shift: 6:15 PM – 5:45 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Provide hands-on Labor & Delivery nursing care; Labor experience is required and Postpartum experience is preferred
• Support Level 2 Nursery operations; Level 2 Nursery experience is required
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice (California)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring competency
• Experienced Labor & Delivery nurse with NICU experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
• Postpartum nursing experience
