Number of Beds - 29 Number of Staff 20 Type of staff: Day Shift 1 CNC/charge and 3-4 RNs Night Shift 1CNC/charge 2-3 RNs Patient Ratios 4-6:1 Type of equipment - Welch Allen vitals machines, CPN monitors, POC Glucose monitoring EMR - Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

Minimum 1-year current acute care Postpartum experience BLS & NRP

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• OB experience
• Med-surg experience
• GYN experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Post-operative Gynecological surgeries, Urogynecology surgeries, ectopic pregnancies, high risk pregnancies requiring hospitalization (PPROM, Preeclampsia, Previa, PTL etc.)
• Fetal monitoring (NSTs), GYN oncology post op, women s health med-surg, post-partum NICU moms, or readmitted post-partum complications
