Overview
Seeking an experienced L&D RN to join a busy Family Birth Place providing Labor & Delivery, OR, PACU, Postpartum, and Couplet Care. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with charge nurse experience and a passion for delivering exceptional, evidence-based maternal care.
Responsibilities
- Provide care across Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Couplet Care
- Assist with deliveries and care for newborns 32 weeks gestation and above
- Serve as Charge RN when needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Participate in rotating call schedule and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements
- Active Colorado RN License or Compact RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
- Charge RN experience required
- Experience in OR, PACU, and Postpartum
- Team-oriented with strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Limited RTO preferred
Certifications (Required)
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS (AHA)
- NRP
- STABLE
