Job Details:
Schedule: Days shift; 12 hours per shift; minimum of 36 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Certification(s) in relevant clinical areas, bachelors degree or higher in a healthcare-related field, Indiana state licensure or equivalent, and at least 1 year of experience in long-term acute care or similar setting.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with LTAC patients and advanced clinical skills in critical care environments.
Additional Information: This position does not require float coverage. The start date is 09/07/2026. Candidates should be prepared to work a structured schedule in a busy LTAC setting, focusing on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
