Job Title: LTAC MS/Tele RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: LTAC MS Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred, will consider 1 year on a case-by-case basis License: Pending license accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Must be able to pass arrhythmia and medication test on the first day Description: LTAC MS/Tele RN position available for night shifts. This role requires the management of patients with diverse medical conditions. Patient-to-nurse ratio is typically 1:6. Nurses will need to float based on critical staffing needs within their skillset. The role requires two on-call shifts or two additional shifts within six weeks. All requested time off must be included in the initial submission. Missed shifts without reasonable explanation may lead to a review of the contract. Candidates should have skills in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias. Experience with mechanical ventilation and weaning patients is essential. Interdisciplinary support includes various specialized services as needed. A strong team dynamic and communication skills are vital in this role. The position emphasizes quality patient care and adherence to clinical guidelines. Compliance documents are due before the start date. Travelers will be required to pass a cardiac dysrhythmia test on the first day. This position supports adults and geriatric patients with complex needs.
