Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recent LTAC/Telemetry experience in a hospital setting
Texas RN License or Multistate Compact RN License (must be attached with submission)
BLS (AHA) required
ACLS (AHA) required
Certifications must be attached with the submission
Clinical Responsibilities
Provide patient care using the Nursing Process
Care for LTAC and Telemetry patients
Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical judgment
Supervise and delegate patient care as appropriate
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
