Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation and acute care setting. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

PAY RATE

• $37.80 - $44.10 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing
• Current BLS certification required
• ACLS certification preferred
• Previous Med/Surg, Rehabilitation, Acute Care, or Hospital experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Promote patient comfort, safety, and positive clinical outcomes
