Job Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Long-Term Acute Care Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 1 year of nursing experience License: Active Registered Nurse license Certifications: ACLS & BLS certifications (must be current and from the American Heart Association) Must-Have: Must use provided submission template to be considered for the role Description: The LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the applicable Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care. Maintains clinical competencies through continuing education. Delegates patient care priorities according to the education and experience of the available staff. Provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
