Unit Manager-level RN prior nursing management or supervisory experience required

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing unit operations and ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
- Conduct and review clinical assessments; direct and monitor care plan development and implementation
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Serve as key liaison between nursing staff, attending physicians, families, and administration
- Monitor regulatory compliance, quality metrics, and incident reporting
- Manage staffing resources and respond to escalating clinical situations on the unit
Requirements
- Active state RN license in good standing (Pennsylvania or compact license eligibility)
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Minimum 3 5 years of RN experience including unit manager, charge, or supervisory role in LTC/SNF
- Demonstrated ability to lead nursing teams, manage clinical operations, and maintain regulatory compliance
- Strong documentation, care planning, and quality assurance skills
- Ability to start immediately ASAP placement preferred
