Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care to med-high risk labor and delivery patients
- Titrate drips and read fetal monitoring strips with confidence
- Support moms and babies in a busy unit with 1500 births yearly
- Collaborate with charge nurses, surgical techs, and neonatologists
- Follow AWHONN guidelines while managing L&D, postpartum, and nursery level 2 needs
Knowledge & Skills
- Labor and delivery expertise
- Nursery level 2 proficiency
- Drip titration and fetal monitoring skills
