Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Acute Care - $2,805 per week in Columbia, SC

Job Opportunity – LTAC ICU Registered Nurse – South Carolina

Start Date: September 21, 2026

Location: South Carolina

Schedule: Night shift, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; Weekend coverage supported by rotating on-call staff (6-8 team members); On-call coverage after 5pm daily and weekends; 36 or 48 hour work week options available

Highlights:

• 12-bed ICU and 35-bed Med-Surg unit with daily census of approximately 35 patients
• Specializing in vent weaning, complex wound care, spinal cord injury, trach/PEG management
• Epic EMR charting system with interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, physical therapy, pharmacy, and more
• Patient population includes adults and geriatrics requiring ventilator weaning and advanced critical care
• Contract options of 13 to 26 weeks available
• Flexible scheduling with 36 or 48 hour weekly options

Requirements:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience required
• Neurological critical care experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
• LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Charge nurse experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Must reside 50+ miles from the contracted facility (compensation adjustments apply based on distance)
