Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Acute Care in Green Cove Springs, FL

Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous assessment, monitoring, and care to patients with complex medical conditions, ensuring their stability and addressing any changes in health status.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement personalized care plans for long-term recovery.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor their effects, and adjust dosages as necessary, while also educating patients and families about medication regimens.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, helping them understand the long-term care process, recovery goals, and self-care practices for managing chronic conditions.

Qualifications:

• FL Registered Nurse license
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certifications
