• Oversee clinical and administrative operations of Emergency Department nursing services
• Develop and implement patient care policies, procedures, and service line programs
• Ensure compliance with hospital, state licensing, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards
• Lead emergency management and disaster preparedness programs
• Foster a professional nursing environment and staff development culture
• Monitor and improve patient care quality and outcomes
• Develop strategies to support patient volume growth and service efficiency
• Ensure effective staffing, budgeting, and operational performance

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room clinical experience
• Current certifications required:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS (AHA)
  • CPI (within 30 days of hire)
  • TNCC (within 180 days of hire)
  • NIH Stroke Certification (within 60 days of hire)
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Ability to oversee complex clinical operations and emergency preparedness programs

• Must have at least 2 years of leadership experience in an Emergency Room setting
