Join our incredible team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Post Acute Long-Term Care (LTC) setting! - Partner with residents and care providers to create a **safe**, **comfortable**, and **therapeutic environment** by delivering both direct and indirect care. - **Unit Highlights:** - **3 East**: A specialized 31-bed unit focusing on Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Engage using both verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, addressing the unique behaviors of these residents in a home-like environment. - **Transitional Rehabilitation Unit**: Located on the second floor, this 42-bed unit offers short-term skilled nursing and rehabilitation to patients recovering from various conditions.
